Dr. Lotfollah Forouzandeh Dehkordi was born in 1961 in Shahrekord. He has a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Isfahan, a master's degree in human resource management from the University of Tehran and Ph.D. in strategic management from the University of Tehran. He is currently retired from the University of Tarbiat Modares as assistant Professor. He previously served as Parliamentary Vice President of Islamic Republic of Iran. Dr. Forouzandeh has been the deputy director of the Research Center of the Islamic Consultative Assembly and from 2016 to 2017. He has been also as the assistant director of Astan Quds Razavi in the affairs of the Provinces. He is currently the Deputy of Human Resources of Tehran Municipality.

Dr. S.M. Tehrani is now working as the Managing Publisher and Handling Editor of International Journal of Human Capital in Urban Management (IJHCUM) in Tehran Municipality. She obtained her OND in Hotel and Catering Management from Westminster Collage in London and her B.A. from Islamic Azad University in English translation. Her M.Sc. and Ph.D. are from Islamic Azad University in Environmental Management with honored degree. She has published numerous articles in the field of Environmental management and E-Commerce. Most of her work is based on the link between E- Commerce applications in the favor of reduction of energy use and reduction of air pollution. She is now teaching in various subjects such as urban environmental management, urban solid waste management, Environmental pollution control and the role of E-shopping management strategy in urban environment. She is also acting as an assistant professor in Islamic Azad University in the Tehran East branch.

Professor J. Nouri is an Emeritus Professor of the Department of Environmental Health Engineering at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. He has obtained his BSc degree in biology from University of Tehran in 1971 and his MSc and PhD degrees in Environmental Science from University of London in 1978 and 1980. His major research interests are in environmental science and management areas such as environmental impact assessment, heavy metals pollution as well as dealing with environmental issues at industrial and urban studies. He has been appointed as an international advisor to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) for assessment and evaluation of scientific journals and also, as a member of the Basic Science Publishing Working group of the Ministry. He has also operated nationwide conferences and workshops on academic publishing and related issues and challenges. He is now working on standardization of 30 selected English journals belonged to MSRT in order to promote them to the Web of Science indexing. He has been served as the Dean of the Graduate School of the Environment and Energy of the Science and Research Branch of the Islamic Azad University during 2014-15. He carries more than 35 years of environmental research and teaching experiences encompassing a variety of environmental science and management areas. He has published 14 scientific books and more than 170 articles in related subjects at international journals. He is as a founder and acted as the Editor in Chief of an ISI/ Web of Science journal of “International Journal of Environmental Science and Technology (IJEST)” for 10 years. Moreover, he has been the Co-Editor of “Iranian Journal of Environmental Health, Science and Engineering (IJEHSE)”. He is currently serving as the founder, owner and the Editor in Chief of a new Web of Science and Scopus indexed journal called “Global Journal of Environmental Science and Management (GJESM)”. He has also promoted the INIC English Journals Group for standardization and indexing of scientific journals belonging to Iran Nano Initiative Council, Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology. Most recently, he is involved as .the research advisor on the scientific journals in the Founder Board.

Jianfa SHEN is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Geography and Resource Management, and Director of Research Centre for Urban and Regional Development of Hong Kong Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Lt. Colonel (CD) Professor Ts. Dr. Norazah Mohd Suki is a Professor of Marketing and E-Commerce at Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business (OYAGSB), Universiti Utara Malaysia. She strives in the academic field with various achievements in academics and co-curricular activities. She is the recipient of Malaysia’s Research Star Award 2018 (MRSA Award), Highly Commended Paper in the 2017 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence, Highly Commended Paper in the 2015 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence, Winners of the IGI Global Seventh Annual Awards Excellence in Research Journal, etc. She is the sole recipient of UUM to receive a research grant under the Fundamental Research Grant Scheme - Malaysia's Research Star Award (FRGS-MRSA) 2018. Additionally, she is also the recipient of Anugerah Tokoh Penyelidik Universiti Malaysia Sabah (Social Sciences) in 2015. Her research interests include marketing research, consumer behaviour, M-commerce, E-commerce, E-marketing, green marketing, Islamic marketing, and areas related to marketing. She has mentored several post-graduate students, published more than 300 papers in referred journals, book chapters, books, and conference papers detailing her research activities, on top of coordinating and participating in several research projects. Moreover, she is also the editor of several SCOPUS indexed books. She has wide-ranging experiences as an invited speaker on courses related to Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and research methodology. Professor D. Sivakumar had been an experience in teaching, industry, and research for about 21 years. He worked in various Academic Institutions and Industries. He is currently Professor of the Department of Civil Engineering, Vel Tech High Tech Dr. Rangarajan Dr. Sakunthala Engineering College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He published 3 Patents and registered 2 Patents. He successfully completed the AICTE, New Delhi funded project on "Experimental Investigation on flow through porous medium" during June 2016. He has completed 6 consultancy projects on industrial wastewater treatment. I joined Marquette University in 1981 after earning my Ph.D. and MA in economics from the University of Kansas. My specialization is business cycles, economic growth, monetary and financial economics, and applied econometrics. I am a former chair of the Economics Department and the current director of graduate studies in economics. I have published more than forty articles in such peer-reviewed journals as Journal of Macroeconomics, Journal of Money Credit and Banking, Review of Economics and Statistics, Applied Economics, Journal of Post Keynesian Economics, the National Tax Journal, Journal of Economics and Business, Journal of Economics and Finance, and European Journal of Political Economy.

Dr. Mohammad Manan Raeesi was born in 1981 in Mahshahr city of Khuzestan Province. He received his university education at the University of Science and Technology at the undergraduate level in architecture, his master's degree in urban planning and his Ph.D. from the University of Science and Technology in the field of architecture. In 2014, he became an Assistant Professor at the University of Science and Technology, and in 2021, he became an Associate Professor at Qom University. The result of his research activities so far have been four authored books, more than thirty scientific articles and more than ten study projects and research projects, most of which have been published with the approach of Islamic civilization. Simultaneously with his academic and university affairs, Dr. Reisi is currently the director of the Tehran Urban Research and Planning Center of Municipality of Tehran, which is the only scientific and research institution of Municipality of Tehran. Dr. Raeisi is a former faculty member of the University of Science and Technology who, after transferring to Qom University, while collaborating with this university, completed his studies in the field of Islamic architecture and urban planning using the capacity of religious and seminary centers of this city. Considering his educational background in two fields of urban planning (M.A.) and architecture (Ph.D.) and his relationship with some seminary centers after his Ph.D., his approach to architecture and urban studies is an interdisciplinary approach based on a civilized view of knowledge capacities. It has been architecture and urban planning. Among his most important scientific records are the top researcher of Qom Province, the first rank of Ph.D. (Tehran World Award) pointed out. Dr. Raeisi has records such as research assistant of Qom University Faculty of Engineering, management of Qom University Architecture Department, designing dozens of construction projects in collaboration with the Building Engineering System Organization (first grade architect). Also, one of the most important projects under his management is the project of several tens of hectares of Ras al-Hussein development plan in the Syrian city of Aleppo, which was designed with a mid-term approach.

Dr. Kaveh Teymournejad, born in 1967, has a PhD in public administration with a focus on comparative and development management from Allameh Tabatabai University, is a member of the faculty of the Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Branch.
