Spirituality by creating an atmosphere of trust in the workplace increases the commitment. This commitment includes an employee’s commitment to the organization and the organization's commitment to its employees and customers. In organizations with high levels of spirituality, employees have more positive attitudes and organizational commitment compared to organizations lacking the same values. The present study tries to investigate the relationship of spirituality in the workplace with the organizational commitment and the organizational citizenship behavior among the employees. Structured questionnaire is used for data collection and significance of the relationship between the research variables and the hypothesis are determined through LISREL software and the Structural Equation Modeling. The sample size, using the formula of sampling from a limited society, is 166 employees from total of 472workers. The results of this study revealed that there is a significant and positive relationship between workplace spirituality and organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover the Organizational Commitment has a positive impact on organizational Citizenship Bbehavior too. This study has been performed in District 9 of Tehran Municipality in 2015.

In describing the behavior of employees, classified organizational citizenship behavior is applied and has been named as a "good member". In the working climate, the substance of building organizational citizenship behavior could not distinguish from the existing commitment within employees. The challenges and contribution of organizational citizenship behavior are to be a driving force in the foundation of effectiveness of hospitality industry. To throw an upright citizen in organizations, the industry should puzzle out if not the industry cannot live without paying an act as an “honest citizen”. A true contribution of employees should understand the organizational citizenship behavior while not everybody can express it. Supervisors in the hospitality industry will reward with high ratings if employees demonstrate high organizational citizenship behavior, but employees who are express low level of organizational citizenship behavior can justify that the particular industry need to direct the importance of extra-role behavior in organizations. Thusly, the criticism of this topic is to identify the problem and challenges confronted by employees in the hospitality industry. In this industry, organizational citizenship behavior is a key predictor in reducing all barriers to guarantee the effectiveness of the organization can be achieved. However, the rationale of this review paper to define the challenges and contributions that can earn by the hospitality management in improving the staff functioning, reducing turnover intention and increase the staff satisfaction.

Human capital is considered as a strategic resource among the main resources of any organization and an important factor in producing and presenting services to the society. Improving the productivity of human capital is the main cause of the improvement of productivity in organizations. Management of human capital development, focuses on the quantitative models and technics to test the productivity of the entire system. The central goal is to determine common and distinguishable indicators of human capital productivity in two levels of staff (individual) and organization (management). According to the previous researches and available managerial theories, 29 variables were selected for two main indicators in two levels of staff and organization. Due to the complexity of testing the productivity in the urban management organizations and the need to determine the variables, exploratory factor analysis test was randomly distributed and conducted among 350 people from the target society of human capital urban management (Tehran Municipality) during four phases with setting out a questionnaire consisted of 22 items in Likert scale which distributed randomly. Output of first phase supported 19 variables out of 29 first variables. In the next phase, matrix of variables (partial indicators), was formed due to the correlation coefficients and classified and defined according to two main research indicators by variance analysis in which weight of organization index and staff index were calculated 0.623 and 0.597, respectively. Therefore, programing for the improvement according to process cycle for both main indicators and other exploratory indicators was offered.

This study aims at identifying the relationship between managers’ leadership style and employees’ job satisfaction. To achieve this aim and to examine the research hypotheses, two types of questionnaires, including Likert scale for leadership style and Job descriptive index for job satisfaction, were distributed among 218 employees in 3 different departments of Finance and Administration Deputy of Tehran Municipality. The research data analysis was carried out at inferential statistics level using SPSS software. In this study, the independent variable of leadership style was in four levels of autocratic-colonial, autocratic-charity, advisory and participatoryas well as the variable belonging to employees’ job satisfaction. The results showed that the third leadership style (advisory) was the dominant style in the community. There was a positively meaningful relationship between managers’ leadership style and employees’ satisfaction. There was also a negatively meaningful relationship between employment type and gender with the employees’ job satisfaction. Moreover, type of workplace was an influential factor in job satisfaction while its rate was not similar in each department

Organizational commitment is one of the most widely researched topics in the field of organizational behavior. The main objective of this study was to investigate the impact of organizational commitment on individual interactions which was conducted in Municipality of Karaj. To achieve this objective, the data was collected using the Standard questionnaires applying descriptive statistics and inferential statistical methods within the population consisted of 400 employees of Karaj municipality. The present research is a descriptive and co relational study and is of applied type. The results indicated that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of employees’ individual interaction and organizational commitment in Karaj Municipality. Besides, correlation with other variables of individual engagement and commitment were not verified. At the end, it is suggested to Karaj Municipality that regarding human force as human capital and before recruiting and employment and maintenance, make attempt to identify internal and personality features of them to design required plans in the promotion of organization commitment and drive tomore exploitation.

Removing local communities from lands that they have been exploiting for generations without consultation or adequate compensation can result in retaliation and hostile attitudes toward the objectives of the protected areas.Therefore, this study examines the application of willingness to participate of local communities in the conservation of national parks. For the empirical observations, Iran’s Khabr National Park was studied. The required data were collected using questionnaires fulfilling and interviewing with locals and tourists of the Khabr National Park. For analyzing the data, the logit econometric model was applied. Results indicated that 80 percent of them were eager to participate and they wanted the park to be managed by private sectors. Therefore, it is recommended that the government provide a condition where the private sector act and engage people in the conservation of the park. Factors such as a history of participation in previous projects, being Indigenous, lack of management organization, and familiarity with the environment were determined as the factors which affected the participation in this project.

: Social capital represents the set of interpersonal relationships which provide resources that create value for individuals in organizations. The present paper aims at investigating the relationship between Information Justice and social capital in Islamic Azad University South Tehran Branch. The method of the research is descriptive-correlational and regarding the aim it is functional. The means of information gathering from the studied population is questionnaire. The number of sample population was 250 and they were selected by simple accidental sampling method. From the distributed questionnaires, 240 ones were gathered. To study the Relationship between Information Justice and social capital, the model of structural equation was applied. The output of LISREL software indicates that the fitted structural model is appropriate for hypothesis testing. In other words, observed data is, to a great extent, compatible with conceptual model of research. So, there is a significant relationship between Information Justice and social capital.

This study is an attempt to monitor and investigate the main elements of social harms from political, economic, sociocultural, technological, environmental and legal perspectives in accordance with the factors of PESTEL. One of the findings of the present study indicates that Iran has taken several measures in order to fight narcotics. In poverty and unemployment, it must be admitted that casting shadow of global economic situation on Iran's economy along with failure to implement Article 44 on the Constitution have led to the fact that a considerable section of the country’s economy has remained under direct government control. It seems that broadcasting performance has been weak from cultural perspective; this issue has caused satellite networks intrusion on the culture of people. No organization instructs young generation in life skills and how to prevent from divorce. This problem together with lack of life facilities has caused many marriages to end in divorce within the first year. Considering limited financial resources, the municipality and its affiliated organizations have had a quite good performance in organizing homeless people, but it is not sufficient. Donations contributing to susceptible classes of society are assessed absolutely positive and worthwhile. Street children are considered as an increasing harm in the world and Iran. If we do not reflect on some strategies in order to address this issue, it will be converted to a social crisis. Beggary has a significant manifestation in megacities as a social harm and challenge; it is mostly assumed to be a social dilemma rather than an individual problem. It can be really influential to educate people how to behave with beggars.

With the advent of digitalization, information and communications technology facilities have become an indispensable part of education especially at the universities. This study has been undertaken with dual purposes - to find the existing scenario of information and communications technology facilities and to gauge the perception of the students onthe quality of those facilities - at the universities in Bangladesh. To that end, a survey was conducted on the undergraduate and graduate students of 9 private and public universities. To assess the quality of information and communications technology services, participants’ views on various aspects like the sufficiency of computers, availability of required software, maintenance and troubleshooting, internet and data sharing facilities, etc. were collected and analyzed. The study finds that although students are on the happier side with the information and communications technology installations and equipment, they are fairly unhappy about the maintenance services and internet facilities available at their universities. It gives some valuable insights about the information and communications technology facilities scenario at the universities that can be taken into consideration while planning future action plan and development of information and communications technology at the universities in Bangladesh.

The aim of the present study was to examine the impact of Jihadi camps on the identity formationof teenagers in Iran. Seventy-six campers participated in the study and were randomly divided into control(n = 42) and experimental groups (n =34). The control group does not follow the camp’s regular program whilethe experimental group attended to the camp’s regular program. All participants completed the DellasIdentity Status Inventory, this questionnaire consists of two subscales of achievers: commitment andexploration. The results revealed statistically significant differences between the experimental andnonexperimental group, in two specific attitude subscales. These findings imply that participation in thisparticular camp can have a positive influence on teenagers’ professional Identity.

In today’s leading organizations, employees’ empowerment is considered as a significant issue in human resource management cycle and it has become a central theme of management functions and practices. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between empowerment of staffs and organizational commitment with organizational health mediation. The results showed that there is a relationship between staffs empowerment and organizational commitment, and the aspects of empowerment (competence, effectiveness, autonomy, trust, choice right) are also associated with organizational commitment and that the variable of organizational health plays a mediation role in the relationship between staffs’ empowerment and organizational commitment in the office of revenue recognition and collection in Tehran Municipality. This research is of descriptive type. To analyze the data, initially the normality of data was examined by using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and then assumptions were evaluated by using the model of structural equations and LISREL software.

One of the major challenges in mega cities is the degree of the preparedness of organizations, institutions and people in facing with critical conditions and their immediate reaction according to pre-defined instructions. Identification of priorities and acting accordingly is an undeniable factor in urban crisis management. The purpose of this research was to identify the priorities of preparedness and readiness to immediate responses in case of large fire incident occurrence in the urban areas. District 9 of Tehran municipality was selected as a case study. Considering the Specific regional conditions of this area such as high population, old unstable housing constructions, presence of Mehr-abad air port at the heart of the district, and the gas transmission pipeline mark this district as a vulnerable area to fire incidents. According to the crisis management readiness index, 2 types of questionnaires were distributed among members of the crisis department and fire rescue forces of the district 9. The results reviled that the most important priorities were basic training to residents, equipping the gas valves with automatic cut off switches in an emergency situation, training the responsible personnel to act efficiently in the early hours of accident and performing maneuvers. SPSS software was used for statistical analysis and Cranach’s alpha coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire and to test the hypotheses single-sample T -test was used.

Urban management in any context has a different economic, social and political structure, which is in harmony with the existing models of organization. In spite of these differences, in order to reach a sustainable urban development, several different conferences should be referred to. In the “Brundtland Commission 1987” about urban sustainable development these definitions have been given: “preservation and promotion of the quality level of city life. This consists of ecology, culture, politics, economies, and social participation. However, this development should in no case weigh on and create any problems for the future generations”. In all the definitions of urban management and urban sustainable development and in any political context citizens’ participation in decision making and insistence on social justice are mentioned. The aim of this article is a descriptive, analytic, and comparative study of different models of popular participation in different developed countries. Each of these countries has different social and political structure. However they all have the same aim which is the citizens’ empowerment. To reach the ideal urban management model it is necessary to have a clear image of the place and participation of citizens in order to create a socially, economically and politically sustainable developed society.

The purpose of the present research was to investigate the relationships between justice perceptions, employee's misbehavior and cynicism to organization because very few studies have looked at the role of justice and cynicism in the prediction of employee's misbehavior in public organizations. According to the purpose of study, the present research is developmental research. Also according to way of data collection (research project), the present study are descriptive research. In classification based on the type of research, this study is correlational research. In the current research, the population under analysis consists of a public organization. Participants were 420 employees and all of them were administrative employee. The results of the present research revealed that justice perceptions will be negatively associated with employee's misbehavior; negatively predicted employee's cynicism and finally the relationship between organizational justice and misbehavior will be mediated by employee's cynicism. The present results both support previous research and extend our perception in relation with the mechanisms through which justice influences on employee's misbehavior.
